Volunteer Opportunities

The Children's Museum has many volunteer opportunities

The Children’s Museum of Alamance County is currently accepting new volunteers. We have three volunteer opportunities that are ongoing throughout the year. Volunteers must be at least 13 years old. Ideal candidates will enjoy children and have a passion for museums, education, youth, art, and/or science.

To volunteer, complete the Volunteer Application Form. You may mail it or bring it by the museum during normal business hours. Applicants that are under 18 years of age are required to submit a letter of recommendation from someone that is not a family member. Applicants that are over 18 must submit to a background check.
